When booking any service I am agreeing that I have read, understood and will abide by this policy 

 

 

​When booking I understand that... 

 

☐ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due the day before my session to confirm my appointment.

☐ Booking, rescheduling and canceling must be done at least 14 days in advance to avoid a fee.
☐ I have a 10 minute grace period. After this period a $1-per-minute late fee applies starting from my scheduled time. This fee must be paid to receive my photos.

☐ Clients under 18 must be chaperoned by a legal guardian who must book and complete all payments.

☐ Up to 2 guests may accompany me to my shoot. Please notify in advance if you plan to bring guests.

☐ Smoking, vaping or consuming alcohol is not allowed in the studio.

☐ PhotographedByDes reserves the right to select and post photos from sessions on social media, portfolio and website.​
